Join me for a 60-minute Hypno Sound Bath at Frieth Village Hall, combining Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, therapeutic sound and silence to create a deeply relaxing, immersive experience.
This week's therapeutic focus is RESET — an opportunity to pause, settle and begin again, using guided hypnosis, imagery and mental rehearsal alongside crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and other therapeutic instruments.
Your space will be prepared for you, so all you need to do is arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided through the experience.

Your hour to simply stop
Everything will be ready for you when you arrive — your mat, bolster, blanket and a carefully prepared space. There’s nothing to learn and nothing you need to be good at. I’ll gently guide you through the whole experience, and you remain completely in control throughout.
Just come as you are, get comfortable and let yourself be looked after for an hour.
