These Terms of Sale apply to services and digital products purchased through www.thenesthypnotherapy.co.uk.

By purchasing a service or digital product via this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Therapy Sessions and Block Bookings

All therapy sessions and block bookings purchased via the website must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Block bookings are allocated to the named client and are not transferable without prior written agreement.

Session blocks must be used within three months of the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If therapy is discontinued before all sessions in a block have been used, unused sessions will be refunded. Sessions already attended will be charged at the full standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

Sessions that have taken place are non-refundable.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Distance Sales)

Under UK consumer law, services purchased online may include a 14-day cooling-off period.

If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and no sessions have taken place, a full refund will be provided.

If therapy begins within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly agree that the service has commenced and that your right to cancel during the cooling-off period is waived once a session has taken place.

3. Digital Downloads and Audio Recordings

Digital products, including hypnosis recordings, downloadable resources and toolkits, are supplied for personal use only.

All digital content remains the intellectual property of The Nest Hypnotherapy and must not be copied, shared, distributed, published or resold without prior written permission.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once a download has been accessed, unless required by law.

4. Personalised Recordings

Personalised hypnosis recordings are created specifically for the named individual and are non-refundable once delivered.

Personalised recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

The Nest Hypnotherapy reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
