Hypnotherapy services for anxiety, confidence, and sleep
Anxiety can show up in many ways — avoidance, overthinking, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty switching off.
At The Nest Hypnotherapy, I offer cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to help adults, teenagers, and children understand anxiety patterns and develop practical ways to move forward with greater confidence and control.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and offered in person at The Nest in Oxfordshire or online.
Support for adults
I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, stress, avoidance, or self-doubt. Together, we focus on understanding unhelpful thought patterns, reducing avoidance, and building confidence so everyday life feels more manageable and less restricted.
Support for teenagers
Teenage anxiety can show up as school stress, social worries, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, or withdrawal. I offer a calm, structured approach that helps teenagers understand their thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.
Support for children
I support children experiencing anxiety, worries, or sleep difficulties, while also helping parents understand how anxiety works and how to reinforce progress at home. Sessions are age-appropriate, gentle, and focused on helping children feel safer, calmer, and more confident.
Courses and resources
Alongside 1:1 therapy, I offer self-guided resources, some of which are completely free! As well as focused sessions for those who want additional support or are not ready to commit to regular therapy.
Workshops for schools and groups
Alongside one-to-one therapy, I also deliver evidence-based workshops for schools, focused on confidence, self-talk, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing. These sessions are practical, age-appropriate, and adapted from Reception through to Year 13. As a former teacher and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I design workshops that fit naturally into the school day and give children and young people tools they can continue to use long after the session ends. Follow-up resources are provided to help reinforce learning at home.
If you’re not sure which option is right for you or your child, you’re very welcome to get in touch to talk things through.
“Rachel is very easy to talk to and friendly. I felt I could talk openly and explain my problem and decide on my goals going forward.”
