Free initial consultation
15–20 minutes | Free
A relaxed, no-pressure call to talk through what’s going on, ask questions, and see whether this approach feels right.
Initial assessment session
60 minutes | £70
We explore what’s been happening, agree goals, and begin practical therapeutic work.
Ongoing therapy sessions
60 minutes | £70 per session
Focused sessions to reduce anxiety, change unhelpful patterns, and build confidence and coping skills.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a short-term, goal-focused approach.
Many people notice meaningful change within 4–6 sessions, although this varies. We review progress regularly and adjust as needed — there’s no fixed commitment.
