This is a focused programme that works on understanding how fear responses develop and why anxiety can escalate so quickly in certain situations. Rather than trying to eliminate fear altogether, the work helps you change how your mind and body respond, so fear becomes more manageable and less overwhelming.

Using an evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) approach, sessions combine cognitive and behavioural techniques with hypnotherapy as a supportive tool. We work on reducing avoidance, building tolerance to anxiety sensations, and developing safer, calmer responses to previously triggering situations.

Where helpful, short MP3 recordings created during sessions are provided, allowing you to practise between appointments and reinforce progress at home.
