The Calm & Capable programme is designed for adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, stress, or emotional overwhelm.

This is a structured 6-session programme, beginning with an initial assessment session, followed by five focused therapy sessions. Together, these sessions are designed to help you understand what’s driving your anxiety and change the patterns that keep it going.

Rather than offering quick fixes, the work focuses on building practical skills so you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control in everyday life.

Using an evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) approach, sessions combine cognitive and behavioural techniques with hypnotherapy as a supportive tool. We work on reducing avoidance, responding differently to anxious thoughts and feelings, and building confidence in situations that currently feel difficult.

Where helpful, short MP3 recordings created during sessions are provided, allowing you to listen at home and reinforce the work between appointments.
