Join me for a 60-minute Hypno Sound Bath at Frieth Village Hall, combining Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, therapeutic sound and silence to create a deeply relaxing, immersive experience.
An opportunity to pause, settle and begin again, using guided hypnosis, imagery and mental rehearsal alongside crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and other therapeutic instruments.
Your space will be prepared for you, so all you need to do is arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided through the experience.

Parking: Please park considerately in the surrounding area. Do not park directly in front of the Village Hall or block access to neighbouring properties or driveways, particularly the driveway immediately beside the hall.
Please don’t attend if you are acutely unwell or have an infectious illness on the day of the session.
During the Hypno Sound Bath, you remain fully in control throughout. You are welcome to change position, open your eyes, sit up or stop at any time if you need to.
The Nest Hypno Sound Bath is for over 18s only.
